Privacy policy

How we process and protect the personal data of website visitors

Effective date: 16 October 2026

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains which personal data of visitors to the website cargochek.uz (the “Website”) are processed, for what purposes and on what legal grounds, how they are protected, and what rights you have as a data subject.

The Policy applies to all pages and all language versions of the Website and has been prepared in accordance with Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” of 2 July 2019 and other legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

You can browse the Website without providing any information about yourself. You share personal data only when you send a request, after ticking the box to consent to its processing. A request cannot be sent without that consent.

2. Data controller

The owner and operator of personal data received through the Website is WSCONSULTING LLC (TIN 311544131, registered address: 13 Kesh St, Kesh MFY, Shahrisabz, Kashkadarya Region, Republic of Uzbekistan) (the “Operator”).

Contact details for requests about personal data are given in the “Contacts” section at the end of this Policy.

3. What data we process

Information you enter in the request form:

  • your name;
  • your phone number;
  • your company name (optional);
  • a comment on your request (optional).

The following is sent automatically together with your request:

  • the date and time of sending;
  • a record of your consent to the processing of personal data.

On every visit, the Website's hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver pages and protect against attacks: IP address, browser and device type, the address of the requested page, and the date and time of the request.

If you accept cookies, the Yandex Metrica web analytics service runs. It collects aggregated information about visits: pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, and approximate region based on IP address. Analytics does not start without your consent.

We do not request or process special categories of personal data (information about health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs) or biometric data.

4. Purposes and legal grounds

We process personal data in order to:

  • reply to your request, contact you and advise you on our services;
  • estimate the cost and timeline of the work and prepare a commercial proposal and contract;
  • perform a contract we have concluded with you;
  • keep the Website working and secure and protect the request form from abuse;
  • analyse traffic and improve the Website — only with your consent to cookies.

The legal grounds for processing are:

  • your consent to the processing of personal data, given by ticking the relevant box in the request form;
  • the need to process data to prepare, conclude and perform a contract at your initiative;
  • compliance with obligations imposed on the Operator by law.

We do not use your data for marketing mailings and do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

5. How data are processed and stored

The Website does not keep requests in its own database. Once sent, a request is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection by the hosting provider's server function to the Operator's private work chat in the Telegram messenger. Only authorised employees of the Operator have access to it.

If work begins on your request, the necessary information is transferred to the Operator's working records: correspondence, the commercial proposal and the contract.

Retention periods:

  • data from a request that does not lead to a contract — no longer than 3 (three) years from your last contact;
  • data related to a concluded contract — for the term of the contract and the document retention periods set by law;
  • the hosting provider's technical logs — for the periods set by its own policy.

When the retention period expires, the purposes of processing are achieved, or you withdraw consent, the data are deleted unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

6. Data sharing and cross-border transfer

The Operator does not sell personal data and does not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

To run the Website, data are processed to the necessary extent by the following services:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — Website hosting, page delivery, protection against attacks and the server function that sends requests (privacy policy);
  • the Telegram messenger — delivery of requests to the Operator's work chat (privacy policy);
  • Cloudflare Email Routing and the Gmail service of Google LLC (USA) — forwarding and receiving letters sent to our email address, if you choose to write to us by email (privacy policy);
  • Yandex — Yandex Metrica web analytics, only with your consent to cookies (Metrica terms of use, privacy policy).

Personal data may be disclosed to public authorities only in the cases and in the manner provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The servers of these services are located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan, so processing involves cross-border transfer of personal data. By ticking the consent box in the request form, you agree to such transfer for the purposes set out in this Policy. Only the data necessary for these purposes are transferred.

7. Cookies and local storage

The Website stores only essential records in your browser and, with your consent, your chosen interface language.

Yandex Metrica analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept”. No advertising cookies are used.

8. Data security

The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and disclosure:

  • all data exchanged with the Website is encrypted using HTTPS;
  • requests are not stored on the Website or published anywhere publicly;
  • only employees who need requests for their work can access them, and they are bound by confidentiality;
  • the request form has basic protection against automated submissions.

9. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • know whether your personal data are processed and obtain information about them: the data concerned, purposes, retention periods, how they are processed, and the services that process them;
  • request that incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data be corrected, changed, supplemented or blocked;
  • request that processing stop and the data be destroyed if they are no longer needed for the stated purposes or are processed unlawfully;
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time;
  • appeal against the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorised state body for personal data or to a court.

To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in the “Contacts” section. Please give the name and phone number you used in your request so that we can find your data. We respond within the time limits set by law.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. After withdrawal, we will delete the request data unless the law requires us to keep them.

10. Minors

The Website is intended for companies and entrepreneurs. We do not knowingly collect personal data of persons under 18. If you become aware that such data have been sent through the Website, please let us know and we will delete them.

11. Changes to this Policy

The Operator may update this Policy, for example when the law or the way the Website works changes. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; the effective date is shown at the top of the page. Previous versions are available on request.

Requests about the processing of personal data can be sent through:
